Different Needs
Not all distributors and/or customers have the same needs for prepaid calling cards. Some distributors need domestic calling cards and others need international calling cards. Some distributors can use our printed cards without any problems, while others need to private label their cards. Still, another type of distributor may have specific calling card requirements in order to make them successful.
Customer Specific Requests
It is because of these different needs that Best Telecom has created a PINs Only Program. This program has become one of our most popular as well as successful programs for our larger distributors. Best Telecom has created approximately 185 different calling cards for distributors, nationwide companies, and competitors since the fall of 2001. Many of these customers come to us with an idea or a plan for a specific card. We take their suggestions and create a prepaid calling card platform designed to specifically meet their needs.
Higher Discounts/More Minutes
Some customers want higher discounts, while other customers require more minutes. Certain customers want completely clean cards, while others want prepaid calling cards with all kinds of fees. Best Telecom can create just about any type of card within reason. There are some types of cards that we will pass on only because we know that they cannot be done, or that they will not perform well in the marketplace.
Many of our customers like the cards we produce, but need to change them slightly in order to meet their needs. What works one place may not work in another area of the country. In cases such as these, we adapt cards to work in the same fashion end users have become used to.
Easy to Get Started
After signing a non-disclosure agreement with our distributor, Best Telecom will begin the process of creating a card, including the rate deck, the associated fees and surcharges, and the accompanying discount. Once a rate plan has been finalized, a PINs only agreement will need to be signed and then the PINs will be created. They will be sent to you or your printer and can then be printed as you see fit. (Best Telecom must approve the design for content and accuracy.)
