Unlike traditional prepaid operations where a distributor pays upfront for inventory, Best Telecom's First Usage Payment Program requires payment only after a card has been used for the very first time. 

What does this mean for our distributors? 

  • Cash expenditures are at a minimum. 
  • Distributors can increase the size of their business by adding many new locations.  
  • Distributors can now offer consignment to those retailers demanding it.

What about risk for the distributor?

Put in the simplest of terms, this program significantly reduces the risk of doing business with our company.  Since payment for services is due after the cards have been sold and used for the first time, our distributors have very little to risk financially. 

In fact, cash flow is greatly accelerated for our distributors when they conduct business on a prepaid basis with their retail accounts.  In this fashion, cash flow is always positive and can also be interest bearing.

First Usage Payment Program

·          Choose or design the calling card that is right for you and your market.  Decide which card is right for your business.  Set the rates, fees, charges and discounts.

·          Private label your cards with your company's logo or those of your retail chain accounts.  Design your card and create brand awareness for your cards.  Keep competitors from competing on price points as you control the card distribution.  Close  large chains by creating a card specifically for their company.

·          Print your own cards or let Best Telecom take care of the printing.  Use your own printer and let us provide you with the pins and card backs.  If you don't have a printer, Best Telecom will provide you with a turnkey approach where we take care of everything.

·          Warehouse your cards on site.  By having your own cards, you stock the inventory on site in your facilities.  As a result you save significantly by eliminating the recurring costs of shipping and C.O.D, not to mention the time you save by eliminating the wait for your cards to arrive via courier services.

·          Activate cards as needed without a worry.  Simply fax or e-mail your activation request to Best Telecom prior to 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday and your cards will be activated by 7:00 PM EST the same day.

·          Pay for your activated cards after they have been used for the very first time.  Unlike traditional prepaid card programs where distributors pay for their cards in advance, Best Telecom invoices you weekly for the cards that have been purchased AND used to make a call.  Payments are made to Best Telecom through an automated debit process known as ACH (Automated Clearing House).

·          Increase cash flow with Best Telecom's First Usage Payment Program.  When your retail customers pay you in advance (prepay) for their cards, your cash flow increases since you only pay for the cards after they have been sold and after they have been used for the first time.

·          Consignment customers don't pose cash flow problems to distributors with Best Telecom's First Usage Payment Program.  Consignment is often a necessary and expensive tool used by distributors to obtain new accounts.  Our program permits you to offer consignment on a weekly basis to retailers without having to carry the expense. Pay Upon First Usage is a great way for distributors to grow their business without having to take out a loan or make sacrifices.

·          Grow your business with new retail accounts and go after larger chain accounts.  With the increased cash flow made available to you through Best Telecom's First Usage Payment Program, you can now use it towards obtaining new accounts and larger chains that you might not have been able to afford previously.

·          Reduce and/or eliminate many of the risks inherent to prepaid phone card distributors.  With Best Telecom's First Usage Payment Program, your risk as a distributor is essentially eliminated.  Since payment for activated cards is required only after the first usage has been made on each call, your risk will always be minimal.  Erased is the risk of prepaying for cards and worrying if your phone card company will be in business in the weeks or months ahead.

Payment for

Cards

Usually via Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.  All methods incur an additional cost.

Payment is required via secure funds, usually wire transfer or ACH.

Payment is via ACH, once set up, there are no charges to distributor and payment is automatic.
