Best Telecom started in the prepaid phone card business in 1994 as Tri-State Communications with a million-dollar contract with MCI.  Upon fulfilling this contract, Best Telecom moved on to the more competitive and lucrative retail market with lower rate cards. We quickly became a full service global telecom provider using platforms from several providers reselling AT&T, MCI, and Sprint.  We have created over 80 successful prepaid calling card platforms for distributors, and large retail operations.  We have become one of the largest distributors in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Eastern Ohio.  We now currently serve over 150 distributors in more than 40 states.
